Complimentary thirty-minute consultation. We talk about how you live, what's working, what isn't. No deliverables, no pressure. If it's a fit, we'll send a follow-up with next steps within a week.

Concept
Two directions, fully resolved.
We develop two design directions, full mood boards, plan options, and a transparent fee proposal. You pick the direction that resonates. This phase typically runs four to six weeks.

Sourcing
Every selection, in your portal.
Full FF&E selection, custom millwork drawings, materials specifications. You review and approve every selection in your client portal. Lead times are tracked, budgets update daily, and nothing is ordered without your sign-off.

Execution
On-site through the final styling pass.
Procurement, project management, install, and styling. We're on-site through completion, coordinating with your contractor, architect, and trades. Most full-home projects run nine to fourteen months from concept to reveal.
